The Guardian Interlock Block is a new style of barricade which creates temporary walls to secure construction zones, highway work zones, or other places needing extra security.
These stackable polyethylene blocks (each three-feet high, 4-feet long, and 2-feet wide) link together with a connecting base which prevents the blocks from moving and separating. Modular and lightweight (at 50 pounds), they are easy to set-up and dismantle.
With their unique stackability feature, Interlock Blocks, available from the Tamis Corporation, enable the creation of a six-foot high obstruction wall, providing extra security and restricting public view of sites that need privacy. Other applications include power plants, municipal treatment facilities, and areas damaged by storms or natural disasters.
Interlock Blocks can also be used for crowd control at public events, to provide security outside of buildings, and to designate no access zones in parking lots.
Making them even more effective around the perimeters of buildings or events, Interlock Blocks can be set up at 90 degree angles to make corners which allow two lines of barriers to connect with each other.
The durable blocks, available in seven colors, can be filled with sand or water.Download Brochure
